The Club has a number of formal functions during the year and these include the Fitting Out and Laying up Dinners usually in April and October.

The Britannia Dinner at which the Club plays host to Officers who have served on the former Royal Yacht. This is in July and includes a full sailing and motor yacht programme.

Cowes Week begins with the ‘London Ball’ and other traditional events include the Champagne Reception, Annual Dinner and Fireworks Party.

The Annual General meeting is held in mid-September followed by the Adelaide Dinner in honour of Queen Adelaide the Club’s first Patron.

Two functions are held in London, a Cocktail Party to coincide with the Boat Show and the Arundel Dinner in memory of the original name of the yacht club that is held at a different but interesting venue each year in March.
